The receptionist at this Hospital are the most rudest people. To be honest it doesn't feel like they care about you. Or at least try to pretend to care about your concerns. I understand it's their policy but if you're one minute late they will not see you and if you've been to this Hospital you know that it takes months to get an appointment or no appointment at all and say they will call you when something opens up.... knowing that there the only Hospital in Wofford Heights their advice is to go to mount Mesa which I don't live in Mount Mesa I live one block away from their facility while their facility is completely empty not one single person in there

You have to make an appointment. There is only one doctor and one nurse practitioner.
Agreed. Depending on the nature of severity, you would be better off going to the emergency room if you are unable to make an appointment. There 'might' be a walk-in clinic in the Valley in the near future. But for now, there is no 'official' walk in clinic in the Valley.
