By Florida law, bail bonds companies have to charge 10% of the total bond. If the bond is less than $1000, we charge a flat $100. The price may be more than $100 if there are multiple charges.

Most of the time it is best to get out of jail as soon as possible and find a good defense attorney after. In some cases of a high bond or if you already know a defense attorney, it might be beneficial to have one for the bond hearing.
