Can be more organized. People were waiting in the lobby without any check in. Please have a lookout on reception area also. Alexus was very helpful. It was a great experience. Everyone must donate blood. Will come back.

Everyone here is so professional and kind. Dominique took care of me and was wonderful. More health organizations should be run this way.

The donor is not compensated monetarily. Instead, there are Gifts of appreciation ... such as theater tickets, t-shirts, umbrellas and the like.
