I’m so thrilled they fixed the cracks and repainted this outdoor skating rink! There is also a drinking fountain and a porta-potty. It’s absolutely perfect for roller skating. Just add music.

I had fun skating in this park tonight, for the first time ever, but...it should have lighting, there are NO lights lighting the floor...better parking that's NOT in front of someone's house...and somewhere nearby to pee... The floor in Holmes Park is bigger and better for skating than the Bandstand in Swope Park but there are hockey goals on each end that can't be removed and that really sucked, I saw several people either near miss them or actually ran into the goals... But I can skate and I have fun ANYWHERE I can skate and I had big fun skating in Holmes Park and I'm going back!!!!
