I’ve eaten at the independence location multiple times and the foods excellent. I ordered a the sausage cheese dip side 06/11/22 and when I got home there was literally a layer of grease that was on top and head leaked out of the container. I’m sorry but whoever packaged the food could CLEARLY see a layer of grease and still gave it to the customer “ now I should have checked it prior to leaving “ . Maybe dining in would be okay but take out for me is a no no never again.

Have been here a couple times now, and love it. Prices are reasonable, food is great and quite honestly service is amazing. Great Family place!!

This place is delicious! Never had fajitas before and was blown away with the fajitas Hawaii! Server was great and got our food and drinks out so fast! My fiance is very picky when it comes to Mexican food as it's his favorite and he absolutely loved this place! Definitely our new go to spot for cheat days 😅

They do not deliver directly. That said, I have seen them appear on DoorDash as an option so you can get them delivered that way.

I keep trying to order through doordash, but everytime I put in my order, it advises me that delivery is not available. Is there a reason why?

They probably don't want their food delivered. A lot of restaurants don't because they can't control food quality. Imagine tacos getting to your house almost an hour after they're made. 🤢

Do you serve Pollo a la Parrilla? That was a favorite dish at another El Maguey that is no longer in business.

There are 3 in Kansas City but if they're related I'm not aware each one has a slightly different menu.
