Most vets will not declaw anymore as it is deemed inhumane due to complications for some cats and if they are ever abandoned or get out of th ed house they cannot defend themselves. Not sure if this vet will do it or not. They will trim nails though.
I believe they can. I have talked to them and we discussed getting my Chinchilla fixed.
