We live in Lincoln and stopped buying beef from anywhere but here for about three years now. We have done sides of beef at M K, but routinely do orders of hamburger as well. The staff is friendly and helpful and the meat is great. After getting beef from here I have no interest in getting any from a grocery store. The price is competitive and quality is hard to beat. Well worth the short drive from Lincoln and handful of times a year.

I don't work there but have been a long time customer. Yes, they do process deer but I don't know how far they're out time wise with bookings.
They have a sheet they fill out for every customer on how thick, how many in a package, and whatever the case. Been going there for close to ten years and have been pleased with their service. If you are selling them to other people they will have to call in and let them know how they want their pig processed. Again they do great work
