I brought 7 lbs of hamburger meat it was so strong you couldn't eat it . i call them told the lady said whats your name .we went back she made up the difference with frozen hamburger meat untraw it .oh gosh it stunk and the color was brown i threw the rest in trash want be back. I wouldn't give them a one star.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED AND LOSE MEAT!!! Took cow off to be butchered and the hanging weight came out to be 602lb. By the time they cut it all, I only ended up with 287lb. Anyone who has processed a cow before knows you don't lose 50% of the weight from hanging weight. Apparently, they are still skimming meat off everyone else to fill their own supply. And on top of losing a percentage of my meat, the place is utterly disgusting. I will never in my life use this place ever again.

Stopped and got some Sirloin steaks, they gave me more fat than steak. Took me 2 hours to trim the fat off of 10 steaks. Cost 120+ dollars been better off to go to the steak house. They would have cooked it and served with 2 sides and got a better deal.

This should have been 0 stars. This was a second chance and we will never go there again. The total experience was horrible. We made our appointment and were promised that all concerns were invalid. First lie followed by many. They over schedule which became evident as we went along. We wanted our meat to hang 9 or 10 days. It hung for 18 days. This was too long and it is obvious. We kept calling and the cut date kept changing. We also told them it had to be hard frozen but it wasn’t. We had a 1 & 1/2 hour drive. Very little of the meat was labeled. Steak had name written in marker but can’t read most of it. We requested very lean ground beef but no again. AND we did not get all of our meat. We have had beef processed for over 30 years and know how this works. The owner was just full of ridiculous excuses. In addition the place is a dump. The pictures you see on website are quite deceiving. They need to clean up , learn to schedule and speak truth.
