I’ve been a WF customer for 10+ years and have given this bank (and this particular branch) so many second chances, but they continue to surprise me with negative experience after negative experience. I attempted to deposit a fairly sizeable check and the manager behind the window was condescending, rude and treated me like a criminal attempting to commit a crime. Time to move my money and business somewhere else. Any bank recommendations for KC metro?

Live wells fargo a lot. I wish if there is a branch in Kansas city Missouri though. Had great banking experience. Customers service are great they are very well aware of their products and services.

I know there are several reviews about this branch being “rude and unprofessional,” but that has not been my experience at all. I used this branch to cash my payroll checks since my Employer banks with Wells Fargo and everyone was always super nice. Of course they charge a $7 dollar fee if your Employer has not had it set up to waive that, but every place charges to cash a paper check anymore. I liked this branch so much that I actually switched banks and opened a checking account here. Nick was my banker and he had me in and out in no time. He was very quick to answer any questions I had and knowledgeable about the products and various accounts a person can open. Today, I went in to deposit a check my mom had written. Mary was very nice with walking me though the process that was different than any bank I have ever banked at, as they have you swipe your debit card on the machine, and choose what you want to do. I loved the whole experience! It was super fast and I was in and out. I can’t say enough about Wells Fargo. Even their Customer Service line and Tech Support for the app are very friendly and helpful. I’m so glad I chose this bank.

I have been doing business with this bank since 2014, and it seems to me that they consistently greet customers and assist them by directing them to the most expedient help desk or cashier according to the customers' immediate need or purpose for the visit. My experience is that they have always been very pleasant and welcoming without any delay. I love going there because they are so pleasant, helpful, and efficient. My only recommendation would be improved parking. S.Mathis
