I am currently visiting a patient at this moment ! The TV in sitting area remote does not work. The water in the restroom will not shut off .I turned water off on the sink . This is not the place to be for help !! We all need to pray for our senior adults ! The staff trying but seems to be issues.

The CNA ASIA IS awesome . My mom in law said she’s the best. She treats everyone with so much love. She deserves a raise I’m going to make sure I email her manager and give her a great review! I don’t know much about the facility as a whole. However I was visiting a friend at the facility and I have visited on multiple occasions. I received the pleasure of meeting the administrator (Rhonda). She had an apron and a hairnet on. She was working hard and doing whatever she could to help out and plug in wherever needed. Being an administrator of a long term care facility is a difficult job. I know because I am one. It was very impressive to see knowing the 100 other tasks she must complete for the day. Regardless of any poor reviews the facility may or may have not received it is only a matter of time that leadership like this turns things around. Healthcare is a brutal environment at the moment but hats of to those rolling up their sleeves every day and improving the quality of life for the elderly population. Many others were very welcoming as well from the door to the floor. If no one has told you thank you in a while I would like to do so. Thank you for being you!
