I ordered two balls of yarn and provided my correct shipping address. The yarn was delivered to the wrong town. I spent almost a month trying to get the yarn delivered to my address, but the second shipment was also sent to the wrong town. I emailed and requested a refund. They finally processed the refund for the cost of the yarn, and after a couple of emails, the shipping cost. I don't care how nice the yarn might be - the lack of attention to accurate and timely orders and communication issues with their customers convinced me to avoid the company and their products.

Takes too long to receive order. Same yarn by 2 other companies, ordered the same day, both arrived a week earlier. And if that’s not bad enough, FedEx driver enters into computer that he delivered package to front door. There is no package at front door, nor at any door. HE LIED. Is this the reputation Premier Yarn Co, wants?
