The barista are rather nice and friendly when I come here. However, I have now twice had to wait quite a while for just a single iced lemon loaf. One time I waited 10 minutes and the other over 5. The drive through is always busy, I understand, but it is frustrating to see the drive through line get cleared with far more complex orders before I received something that just needs to be handed over with little preparation.

Barista was rude, gave me an attitude because I was at the wrong window to pick up my online ordered coffee (it was my first time coming to that location), shop is nearest from where I live but I wont bother coming anymore, and the coffee tasted bad that day...

It’s the greatest! You order at one window and pick up at another. You don’t have to go inside. And the service is fast!
