It was okay but the staff was rude, presumptive and downright offensive. I was having a bad after learning my aunt took her own life so I was already pretty down. I figured a hot cocoa would cheer me up. Well like an idiot I asked for a hot cocoa with a shot of espresso and they rolled their eyes and said “sooo you want basically just a mocha?” And scoffed. The “alt” girl with the tattoos that thinks she’s an artist was the worst though. Downright mean and unprofessional. I was young too once but never that dumb. Who knows, the person I was rude to might have connections at the Getty Museum in LA, but I decided their vibe was wrong within a moment. Success starts with loving thyself. The mocha was great….the people ehhhhh. Maybe try being kind ;)

The coffee tasted like straight up Oat milk. The cashier at the register was extremely rude. He looked like he did not want to be there and it was clear in his customer service. The barista making the coffees was so preoccupied with her conversation I watched her spend 10 minutes grinding beans to brew for my friend's latte. In total it took 20 minutes for one latte and it was not busy in store. Just because the place is cute doesn't make up for bad coffee and bad customer service.

We have pest control stopping by weekly, a log book, and a variety of countermeasures. The goal is to have zero rats, always.
I am not 100% sure. I think they have all the standard options. I would call ahead and ask them to see what options they offer.

They don't as a standard practice, but I've seen people bring in insulated growlers and have them filled.
