I just recently quit from here because of the way they treat the children. If your kids go here I feel sorry for them.

My experience with Primrose is highly positive. I cannot think of any negative experience to point out. All I have is only the good memories of the friendly staffs, experienced & caring teachers, excellent curriculum, and healthy food. My son (4 yrs old) cannot wait for Monday to go to school, and he returns home with the same energy he had in the morning. Sufficient notifications (photos, videos and learning outcome) throughout the day. Highly organized and well-coordinated leadership. I mean they know how to run a child care institution effectively and efficiently. My heart fills with joy to see my son growing in a fantastic environment to be a better human being every day. I want to give my thanks to Mr. Max, Ms. Candace, Ms. Wuraola, Ms. Monserat and Ms. Lizbeth.

I consider myself a "over the top" mother who is very particular about what my son wears, eats, sleeps, how often his diaper is changed, how staff treat my son, and how timely the staff are with my requests. This school has by far exceeded my expectations. We moved across country not knowing anyone. So, rightfully we were scared to leave my son with total strangers. Mrs. Gayle his teacher on his first day called on her lunch break to let me know how he was doing and that spoke volumes to me. His teachers send multiple photos daily and update me when he eats, how much he eats, when he naps, and when he uses the restroom on the procare app and they never rush myself or my husband when it comes to picking up or dropping my son off. If you are looking for a school that actually cares about your family I would HIGHLY suggest Primrose School of The Westchase District. My husband and I have actually moved our house search just so we do not have to change schools for him! They are incredible!
