Placed a large order for St. Michael Catholic School. Lacey went above and beyond for us! Meals were great exactly as requested and cooked warm - everyone enjoyed! Customer service is key everywhere you go and I will make this McDonald's my primary location - even if it's a little out of my way. It takes a lot for me to honestly attempt to review a fast food restaurant; that being said, this had to be reviewed because I am knocking this McDonald's 3 Stars for inconsistency, and sadly, what I mean is, when they get it wrong, it goes fabulously sideways. Wrong orders, wrong items, incorrect customization. It's quite literally like playing the slot machine every time I go. Not entirely sure why I subject myself to the torture

My order was correct but the lady that gave me my bag came to the window handed it to me said thank u and as I said “ma’am slammed the window. So I blew the horn to get her attention she looked at me like I was crazy and answered with an attitude. All I wanted was a cup of ice so I asked for it she replied “It’s a dollar” all fast and irritated! So I asked her was she okay and told her she was rude. I drove off after that. I cld have paid the $1 for the ice but I didn’t want her touching anything else of mine or doing anything slick. The worse experience ever in such a nice area
