They have gotten lazy and are charging high prices for low quality work. They cannot braid and not only messed up my hair, wasted my money.. they also ruined my vacation. I will never Come back!!

This was my first time coming to SUWA. Amazing atmosphere, love the ladies that braided my hair and I love it. They were very nice, professional and kind. Love every minute of it and would definitely be returning. On the other hand, you could clearly tell that management needs to step up. The lack of supplies was clearly visible, as the ladies go from one stand to the other, either needing Braiding Jam, combs .. etc( I also understand french so I could understand the questions of supplies being asked from the ladies) but over all shortage on supplies that I saw was something I’ve never seen before. The only thing I’d say is, management please step up on providing supplies or if those are things we need to provide, please let us know for next time, other than that, AMAZING Ladies with Blessed hands.

They specialize in just braiding but do have a beauty salon onsite that they share space with.
