I called to get info about treatment options for my addiction. The man that answered the phone was very rude and engaged in a conversation with someone else about buying black and mild cigars. He told me to call back Monday instead of showing care and concern for my situation. It took a lot of courage to finally pick up the phone and call somewhere to take the first step in the fight to overcome my terrible addiction. I will update this review Monday after I call back as the man suggested. I pray that people who are in a desperate situation as I am are treated with more care and concern next time. I am tempted to just not call back and take this first step as I feel like no one cares about me or my suffering.

Methadone is being stolen, patients are given watered down medicine causing them to relapse, this place needs to be cleaned out and a watchful eye constantly on the medication, this has happened here before and is happening now again

Yes , I have been to clinic's as this one all over the state. This is top shelf. One of the best in the state. They do amazing things for people who were out of choices. Give the credit to Jesus. Amen , Stan Wilborn

I don't advise Morse clinic for anyone...I've been going there since opened. I have brought my complaint to the one in charge, and have gotten nowhere..it involves a particular nurse, whom I've had several issues with. Today I was basically called a liar..I understand we are addicts, but not all of us are liars...sometimes I wonder if they are just another drugdealer, due to this incident...complaining does you no good, so don't even try..I am still a patient here, until I can find something different..fortunately we are moving out of area..I don't recommend this place, you will not be treated as a human nor a patient...its so sad that I have to put this review but I just want to help the next person....... To the owner, I understand what you are saying but, it as hard to comment on something when you don't have all the facts, I would suggest that you get more involved with your clinics, I've been there since a month or two after it was opened. Never have they done drugscreens on holidays, not sure if they are supposed to but I do have 2 a month, however a nurse said she gave me 1 on memorial day, which was completely false...this was only said after I told them I already had 2 and spoke with my counselor, the lady incharge and gave up my takehomes bc I knew I had 2 already....I would greatly appreciate a phone call from you about this matter...not just a small comment bc I post a negative review. Also in regards to another review I read to which you said someone can apply for weekend take homes, that is not offered at this clinic...I would not have written this review if it were the only thing that has happened here, there are several other incidents and not sure what's going on, bc when I 1st started this clinic it was wonderful....please help, please get more involved..if not for me but for the next person...thank you I do see you edited your post, I also value and take our rights as clients very, very seriously...if you truly do care as you say, then I'm sure you will call me as quickly as you responded to this review, thank you
