Do NOT try to live here. The owners are terrible people and so is the property manager. They will also kick you out over any little thing. They intimidate folks by threatening with write ups, evictions and police involvement. The owners even published a podcast talking about how they can capitalize off the people who live here by laying down crummy pavement and raising rent prices. They're horrible people.
