This review is for the women with brunette hair and glasses and was the cashier today around 3:00 pm… if you hate your job guess what… you can quit… Today this women decided to “try” and embarrass me in front of a line of customers just because I asked if she can have someone help me grab something off of the top shelf. I mean this lady was going off… my response… “ma’am you do not need to be ugly” well she kept yelling and raising her voice at me when I asked very very nicely and I apologized for bothering her but I just needed some assistance if she could radio someone. I mean she was absolutely livid. I should have known because this women had resting face and if looks could kill then the looks she was giving the customers would kill them all. Did I have a problem waiting in line … absolutely not, no problem at all. Did she succeed in embarrassing me, unfortunately her trying did not. All it did was make herself look crazy and unhinged. The best part was when the manger checked us out in the back because she didn’t want the employee being rude and we were walking out and the rude employee was going to radio in that we were stealing … CLASSIC! Yea so do yourselves a favor , drive over to the Michaels in Cary if you want to avoid such a “pleasant” experience with customer service.
