The office staff was very defensive when I pointed out that they wrote down my email address incorrectly and acted like it was my fault. Then it got worse, they told the dentist I was yelling at them and since I felt uncomfortable and canceled my appointment they also refused to see my wife again in the future. My wife is Chinese and partially blind so I have to help her with things. The people there only car about themselves and I’m glad this happened so we can find another more compassionate dental practice.
