My husband came in and got his hair cut in a medium fade and both the supervisor and lady who messed up his hair could not fix it. In the back of his head there was what looked like a bald area where it looked like they just took a clippers up the back of his head. I was told the manager would call me the next morning and I haven’t heard back since. Do NOT get your hair cut here unless you wanna risk your hair.

The place is very friendly environment, very helpful & cooperative. Always wants to accommodate the customers to the best of their ability. Everyone there is awesome but I love keda , I am very comfortable with her & it keeps me coming back to her every time.

(Edited below)They were busy. I used online check in and waited about 10 minutes once I got there. They were very nice and taking the time to give good haircuts until they got to me. I wanted my split ends trimmed with no layers just straight across on the bottom. The woman barely said two words to me. That’s fine. I don’t really need the small talk. She sped through my cut. It hurt when she combed my hair. She ripped through snarls and I heard hairs snapping. (My hair wasn’t a rats nest.) It was less than a ten minute haircut maybe 5 minutes. It was uncomfortable for me so wanted to get out of there. I ended going back because my hair wasn’t trimmed evenly. I waited at least another ten minutes. I should have asked for another stylist, but I got her again. I told her how I felt and her response was “it happens sometimes.” She wasn’t very apologetic, but managed to throw in an, “I’m sorry you feel that way.” She very quickly recut my hair. Again I felt uncomfortable there. (I hate confrontation.) When I got home I noticed it’s still not a great cut. These pics are after she cut my hair a second time. I felt like I must have done something wrong to be treated so poorly. I’m so frustrated. Never again. Next day I got a personal phone call from the manager of this location. She offered many apologies, gave me a refund, and offered to fix my hair. I really appreciate the follow up. I’m glad they care and want to remedy the situation. No major harm done (just a foul mood.) I at least feel heard and that does make me feel better about this place. Might give it another try and update.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
