I ordered a new phone for my daughter who's in college at Elon, I'm in CO I was told by the store manager ( completely worthless and unprofessional) that they wouldn't give her phone because she didn't have my cc in hand, I had paid on secure link thru Verizon app. Told the only way to fix it was to cancel and redo order, store was closed before we got to this, called in next morning, did cancel, inside sales rep tried to get new order done, both he and I were locked out from doing order, in the interim 2 hours, manager sold the device even though inside rep had sent message regarding situation. Then she tried to convince daughter to buy lesser, more expensive phone. Probably the worst customer service in 20 years as a Verizon customer. Utter clown show

Staff is super nice and helpful!!! Everyone was friendly, polite, and helped each other figure out how to help me. Highly recommend the Glidewell Dr location!

To my knowledge, they do not. Also beware of those "You won such n such" prizes. Many are scams.
