They cut one of my dog’s ear twice, he has TWO cuts!!!! I'm so mad right now. I know accidents happen but come on!! She just told me what happened, never apologize, dismissed me and charge me full price like nothing happened. She told me he stopped bleeding but my poor baby kept bleeding for a while and in pain. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
