The very first time I came to this nail spa I came for eyebrow waxing and tinting. During this visit they did a good job on my shaping/waxing my eyebrows and I was advised not to do the tint as it would probably not be effective. At this time I asked if they did nail art designs and was told that they did, but it required an appointment. I said I would come back for the service and later called in to make an appointment. However, on only my second time to the location I received Terrible service! I had scheduled an appointment for a pedicure & manicure but still was left to wait at least 15 minutes. I tried to be considerate and attribute it to them being quite busy. I was asked to go back for my pedicure finally & the water in the bowl that had been run for me was filled with cold water so I did not put my feet in and waited for the lady who would be doing my pedicure to come back. I learned she did not speak/understand much english so it was one of the other ladies near by was helping to translate. I informed them I had a latex allergy when the lady who was to do my nails removed gloves that looked like they were made of latex so I asked if they were. I also asked if they had nitrile gloves available or an alternative or did I need to come back at at another time. I was informed that the pedicure could still be done without the gloves. The pedicure experience I had overall was Terrible! I received a french pedicure with a request for the pink gloss rather than clear. I had asked if the pink gloss was available there, and was told yes only later to be told that it would make the white portion of my nail pink as well which meant that the technique used and type of pink gloss was incorrect. I received a well below average pedicure and had to ask for my nails to be painted as close to my cuticle as possible because it was not being done well. I also had to ask for my toes to be cleaned around where there was paint & it was not neat. The lady I had was unable to do the design I wanted on 1 toe and said it was due to me not having gotten gel polish instead of regular. The main reason I came was to be able to get the design with the pedicure. The lady who was doing my nails left abruptly and did not return. I had to put together my own slippers and wear them. I was very dissatisfied with the experience and left with and paid $41 for a pedicure that was not well done at all! To say the least I did not stay to get my manicure. The experience was made so much worse because I am able to do my own nails/pedicure very well but was lacking the time to do them as I usually do and sometimes it is just nice to go and have them done for a relaxing experience. My experience upset me a lot and was more aggravating and disappointing. I hope in the future that more attention will be given towards customer service and the overall service experience for those who are coming to spend their own money, time & support.

My friend & I went here for pedicures based on the reviews & ratings. Maybe those ratings are for manicures, because I will say we were NOT impressed with our pedicures. Very quick & feet were still rough afterwards. My friend’s massage chair was broken and uncomfortable and although there were many other chairs open, they never offered to move her to a different chair.
