I have went there a number of times. I've been over charged and my toes half polished. I Acrylic Polish all over my fingers and cuticles. I gave them a three time to fix. Then my full set didn't covet my whole nail, which cause a crack. Made an appointment to get it repaired.. my nails was rough around the edges when I left and cracked within four days. And having an appointment I still had to sit and wait 25 minutes out with no service. Paying over $120 for unprofessional work is not worth it. And they know who does a great job and who doesn't. All my visits I was assigned to a tech that DID NOT KNOW HOW TO ACHIEVE WHAT I WAS ASKING FOR. And the owner put me in one of those chairs. When I asked why her response was now you've found someone. Well not in this shop.

I STRONGLY STRONGLY disagree with you!!! She has one of the kindest, thoughtful and generous hearts!!! I'm sorry if that was YOUR experience but that is definitely not who she is!! I am a black woman and has known her since the shop opened! I work nearby and interact with them on a daily basis, she and her husband are very good people, so please don't spread these false statements of her character!
