Honest review, tonight’s service was the worst car hop we’ve had. Our sons WP meal was wrong, my husband ask for it to be fixed. Our car hop Harley brought a new burger out, and yet again the second burger was still wrong. We ask for a WP cheeseburger with ketchup. First burger was no cheese or ketchup. Second one was ketchup only. After letting them know again it was incorrect our carhop sent a new car hop out who came out with an attitude wanting to know how we thought our order was wrong. Her solution was for her to just bring a slice of cheese to us. Over all it could have been handled better. Super disappointed.

The wait wasn't too long for the aurora chain,but we only got one thing we ordered except our drinks and even those were flat tasting, supposed to be 2 foot long coneys, got one that looked old as all get out and an order of super greasy yet old as well fries,so it looked like someone just threw up our food...a burger we didn't order that was supposed to be a small popcorn chicken for our toddler and the burger was huge with old burnt bacon,I literally think they gave us all the stuff that was just lying around, we will NOT be doing business there again!
