I tried to call and I kept getting stuck talking to a robot. After I finally get transferred they just say no one is able to take my call and it hangs up. It was very frustrating and annoying to try and call them.

Madhu and sandra said any prescription time is a minimum 4hrs wait, no matter how important is that you need to take the meds, could be up to 8hrs as per pharmacist sandra. Even if you submit from doctors office. Its one of the worse customer service that I ever experience in CVS chain, lets try walgreens.
