Great property, in between good single family home neighborhoods. its safe, quiet, clean. the maintenance staff, frank, jorje and juan is responsive and knowledgablei; ive had out of business hours a/c trouble, called the on call line, i received almost immediate call back and dispatch, diagnosis and repair with a friendly "its my job" attitude. ive been fortunate and grateful for the flexibility and availability of the property management. The general manager, Nelly, assistant gm, Viry, as well as office staffers Gloria and Sedona, make sure tower ridge is a pleasant place to live (thank you). Check it out, Ive been here awhile, it's a good find.

Our a/c has not been running properly for over a month and the issue still isn't fixed. The maintenance is nice and have worked hard on it, but they are not HVAC experts. I have babies and a medical condition that requires me to stay cool. It is in the triple digits outside and we are sweating most nights as there is barely any air flow in the rooms. My children can't sleep in their rooms because it is 94 degrees in there. We have not been sleeping well because of it and have been having to eat out because its too hot to cook in here, luckily we have a temp window ac unit they gave us but it isn't helping our electric bill down along with the fans we had to buy for air flow($200 for 3 fans). We keep getting told its working correctly its hot because we live on the second floor, parts needed replaced and that's why but when its fixed its not any different. When you open the doors into the rooms, you should not feel a blast of hot air. We keep getting the run around and no updates on what is going on and the additional costs because of this are eating at us. I like it here and feel safe here, the pool is great, the gym needs to.open, people are friendly, but we just need our ac working properly.

Everytime I walk in they force me to wear a mask even though they don't have one on neither do maintenance . I think they are just discriminating against me. I see normal residents walk in without a mask and not get told anything. The cdc says we don't have to wear them anymore.
