*** HORRIBLE!!! The management is so very terrible and non-responsive. Lived here for a year and have had no less than 4 different management teams. They don't return voicemail messages, and rarely respond to emails. On active building (the tool used to pay and other things) they provide a bogus email address for complaints, and having been made aware of this, they still wont correct it. This last assistant manager Ms Rios is terribly rude in her emails, no matter what you need, her response always involves threats of fees. They are also racist, so if you are not of Mexican persuasion, you will have issues with the 100% Hispanic staff. I have noticed that my Hispanic neighbors have 3 to 4 times the amount of people living in the same space I live in and not one thing has been done about it, all the while my water & sewer cost for one person have almost tripled. The pool (s) water is most often green, so how is it possible to reserve it when you never know if it will be clean. Many apartments flood when it rains hard (coming in from worthless gutters) but they either can't or wont fix them. I could go on and on, but I have better things to do. Don"t say you were not warned. Had I seen the reviews I would NEVER have moved here.

I’ve lived here for 6 months so far, and it’s been a pretty good experience. Very close to the parks, staff is friendly. Very close and convenient to the airport. Quiet, and having a yard is wonderful. Lawn care takes care of it every Tuesday! Grounds are kept pretty clean. Now, the only issues I’ve had are the AC units going out, however maintenance is swift in repairing them. Very kind and friendly. There are bugs, but that is common with older apartments and pest control is fast. They usually come on Thursdays in the morning to spray if you request it. I will say the apartments need minor updates, like new windows and doors. I also do wish these apartments got more natural light, but there is only so much I can ask for. The walls are thin, so you can hear neighbors dogs/beds creaking and sometimes conversations BUT this is rare. Overall, it has been a really good experience. Leasing office is willing to do everything they can to make you at home and help out. Rosie was wonderful in walking me through the leasing process with getting approved and everything. Online payment is smooth, I always pay rent 2-3 days early in case there are ever any issues with it going through, which there never are! Their Online system is wonderful. Pool is well maintained too! I would recommend these apartments if you are low maintenance lifestyle. It’s nothing too fancy, but it is a nice place to call home.

Plumbing issues, management is taking care of it but it's been a real mess. Lots of prev water damage, great area but various maintenance issues and units could use some updating.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 stars I would I've been having issues with the guest bedroom not getting cool air since we moved to these apartments over a year ago. The issue isn't getting fixed. This year has gotten hotter so I couldn't take it anymore. Maintenance came several times and looked at it and they swear it's getting fixed when i'm the one sweating at home when its 100 degrees outside. Christina, the property manager came in here, banged on my door and claimed that there is nothing they can do because it's showing that air is flowing in the room. Either I buy a fan or they can break the lease and I move out. A PROPERTY MANAGER SAID THAT!!!! All I want is for an AC unit to be provided in my room, I don't care to move out in the middle of the year without planning it. A sudden move out isn't free! Instead of looking for ways to help your residents who are paying RENT EVERY MONTH, they rather come with an attitude and basically ask you to " leave ". I'm the one who supposed to be having the attitude if i'm sleeping in the heat every night. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND, MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE.

Water, pest and trash under $50 for one bed. Electricity on usage. I average around $45 a month. $60 a month in summers. They are old apartments, but well insulated. Hope this helps.
I love this apartment complex and the staff. Makayla was the best and unfortunately she just relocated, but property manager is still a sweet heart! Everything has been great since living here since July 2018. Maintenance respond quick to request made. The area I LOVE it because it's so close to everything.
When I lived in my MOLDY apt, we paid PET, not trash.
