I had a great experience with Jerome! Great personable customer service from everyone at Glen Burnie. This is my first car since high school. I’ve had the same car for 10 years and was looking to upgrade. I really appreciated how Jerome wasn’t pushy with his sale and allowed me to shop around without constant texting/calling like some other dealerships. From start to finish I said what car I wanted to see and we only discussed what I said I wanted, not trying to sell me on a completely different car or more than what I said I needed. I Also got the best price out of everywhere I looked and even when the car I originally looked at got sold, Jerome went out of his way to physically drive to get the exact car and color I wanted from another dealership! Everyone took the time to explain everything without rushing me through it which made the process a lot easier to do. I got honest and upfront information and nothing hidden about what I was actually getting which made me choose this dealership. I had a great experience overall and got to walk away with the car I wanted

I am not sure about the 60,000 mile check up, but I can say that I have a several horrible experiences with Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie. I would never go there again!!!!!
