The people in the office are rude and do not want to explain anything. The place is over priced and lack any support from the management. I would not recommend anyone apply or live here. Your better off space in a storage facility then living in this dump

don’t move here , they will claim that they gave you new carpet whole time it’s not even new carpet. when i moved in it was plenty of stains on the carpet now they won’t even fix it even though when i did my walkthrough I notated that. then they want you to call if you drop something beside your stove because there’s no tile under the stove all the way only halfway, which it’s not supposed to be like that. I dropped something beside my stove and of course pulled it out to grab it being careful of the gas line, just to find out there’s no tile halfway under the stove and it ended up scratching the ones that were under it. then they said my tiles in my kitchen is old and not even used anymore, but won’t give me new tile because “there’s nothing wrong with it”. Make sure IF you do move here you ask for new everything and plus they didn’t even check my pay stubs , they just moved me right in. So that’s a red flag right there. & Kenya has a smart mouth too, she lucky I was in a good mood when I came up there because she would’ve got cussed out.

they're good about taking your rent money but if you need something repaired in your apartment the administrative staff some how either mysteriously looses your maintenance request order or they plain forget and you have to call maintenance directly to get anything done. They say they will call you back to let you know when maintenance is available but they never do. You have to be the one to follow up with them to get any sort of response or help with anything because they are either quick to forget or have an excuse ready for you as to why they didn't call you back.
