Overall a great apartment with good amenities and service. My only issue is with the internet provider. Synergy is just awful. Wifi goes out very regularly and their customer support is also terrible. I’ve had the connection go out for 2-3 days during the semester which made doing work difficult as a CS major especially where I need my system to run well. My room doesn’t have a wired connection port either so I’m forced to rely on the spotty wifi. Again this isn’t really an Identity issue which is why it’s still 4 stars, but I’m hoping they see this and try to work something out with synergy.

I love living here the staff is so great especially Kenslee she is always so enthusiastic and nice. She makes it so easy to get packages and helps answer any questions. Living here is the best decision I made when moving to Boise! The rooms are nice and close to the college. And as an added bonus, staff members like Kenslee are really helpful and kind! Would definitely recommend for those looking to move into an apartment.
