Very bad initial experience. They gave us tags to hang visibly from the rear view mirror and we put them on and kept them on the rear view mirror this whole time. After living here for a few months they had our cars towed with no notice but claimed notices were delivered about tree trimming 4 days before. We tried working out getting our cars and they only put one back. Then they had their office was (conveniently) closed for three days when they were supposed to contact us for resolution after they speak with their management and we got no callback. We had to go get the car back from their towing vendor ourselves and pay out of pocket plus the daily fee the vendor charges for the car sitting in their lot. We took a receipt to the Towne Square leasing office for reimbursement after they opened and they told us they cannot refund the cost and would have to do that for several others (quite a few people didn't get the notice as well and got towed that day) if they did that for us (this shouldn't have happened in the first place) They copied the receipt and added that to our file for documentation. But took no further action for resolution. Update: no action had yet been taken. However, we've had no additional problems with unexpected towing of our vehicles. Edited review from 1 star to a 3 star rating. Parking: poor- spaces are limited and the pavement and curb chips often. The available spaces are not covered unless you pay extra to park in the lockable storage units through the property. Land Safety: poor- construction trash, nails, and broken glass at times is left out by construction crews and some children have aggressive outbursts and has damaged property including the laundry room door as well as some garage type storage unit doors. The material items have been resolved. Staff- friendly but needs improvement to communication and conflict resolution. Difficult to reach by phone and are also out of office frequently. Living spaces- The builder cut many corners when it comes to materials. Interior doors are fragile but the layout is not bad. Closet and bedroom space is limited but the rest of the apartment flows fairly well. Amenities- fair. The laundry room is locked and residents are given a key. They added a nice playground for the resident's kids.

Since I have lived here I have been harassed by neighbor and landlord over my special needs child and his companion dog. It's getting to the point where I can't even leave my house to go grocery shopping without my neighbor standing outside my door antagonizing the dog to file complaints and the management have told me "it's not their problem" They're refusing to make a reasonable accommodation for my son. The parking lot is a joke. They hired workers to "improve" the complex and the worker have left rusty nails, broken glass, material from a finished stair repair. They do not care about the safety of their tenants and if you want to make a complaint to the person above management because not only will they not call you back or take action the manager Jasmine will pint it out to you and will retaliate and make your life hell.

I used to love living here. You cannot find parking anywhere and there is no staff on site anymore. I will not be releasing again.

If your package goes to the mailroom, be ready for a headache and a few days wait. It's pretty common for them to close an hour early, and some days not open at all. Seems like their posted hours are just for show. Calling them does nothing either, as most of the time it just rings until you get the robotic message. It'd be a much better experience if they'd just take the few minutes to put packages on doorsteps instead of making us play a guessing game as to when they'll actually be in the office.

Questions & Answers

Do they allow pets? I have a service cat but I'm trying to move out of my family's house I know if it's a service animal they can't deny you your pet but they can still deny you a place I just want moving out to go a little more smoothly?
