I was a member of Club 24 from Fall of 2017 to Summer of 2021. I worked with multiple personal trainers throughout that time and learned a lot! I went into Club 24 not really know much about fitness and left feeling confident that no matter where I went I would be successful. I was sad to cancel but Club 24 made it easy. I just walked in and expressed I wanted to cancel and I was done with the process in 5 minutes. They did not try to guilt me into staying which I have experienced at other gyms. Overall a great gym!

I was moving out of state and was told by a girl at the front desk that my membership contract would automatically cancel and not be renewed. Well I should’ve paid attention to the reviews left by other customers because that did not happen. Instead I was still being charged and Club 24 refused to reimburse me for the extra charges. I had asked to speak to a manager but never got a call back. Corporate was very rude and did not do anything to resolve the issue as well.

Gorgeous gym. Have been a member for years. And they're membership prices are amazing. I also love the movie room for cardio. That's so unique and makes doing dreadful cardio a little less boring ;) I will be renewing my membership
