Worst experience ever. I told them 2 times I got bogo coupon for the breakfast. I ordered a cup of coffee also. They charged me full price and told me because of the bundle they couldn’t add the coupon. I said I didn’t want to bundle and the cashier said ok. Guess what happened she took off my drink without us noticing. Never be back! Btw: usually I ordered online but this time they didn’t let me place online order

customer service is lacking they can charge us a dollar for water that's and the front service call she was really rude when orering when we ordered a special shake.

No orange juice with meal so I order a water instead. For some reason they charge me for the water separately and then add a sweet tea charge for good measure. Instead of refunding or just giving me an extra bottle of water they give me a cup of water instead. Also their fruit and maple oatmeal has zero (0) pieces of fruit in it.

If you order from Uber Eats and paid Uber Eats they are the responsible party. If you ordered say curbside pickup from the McDonald's app and paid them they would be responsible
