Ask for Miles he is AMAZING!! I believe l work hard my money and if I choose to spend it at your business than I want what I'm paying for, not what you want to give me. I say that to say I can be very undecided and picky and Miles never got mad , upset, or irritated. Side note yes I have been on both sides of the window.

Very disappointed in our dinner we spent a lot on dinner ,1) my fiance's frezzy was 3/4 full 2) nothing was said on the order board that the box meal burrito with chicken was 🔥 hot. 3) this place doesn't answer the phones . 4) some of the food was not wrapped well . Taco Bell has gone down hill . It just seems that the managers can't make sure the food is done properly ,if my restaurant was run like this I would not be in business.

Dear Taco Bell, when I come thru and order 2 party packs with no lettuce, I really don’t expect to get extra lettuce. My husband can not have lettuce under any circumstances due to a health issue. It’s dang near impossible to check an order like that in the car. Truly disappointed tonight.

I had the same experience when calling the store number listed online. I called back a second time and connected with someone. I ordered a party pack of 10 tacos and received only 6. Sergio took care of the issue when I explained it to him. Good luck.
