Never written a review in my life, STAY AWAY from this company, in 2 years I've had to replace the HUB, 4 controllers and 2 displays. It's a cruiser and always ridden on a bike path. Im still waiting on a return email from a few weeks ago about my latest problem. The last email was a cryptic question sent on a Thursday at 453 before a 4 day weekend and I have havent heard back.

Due to the Covid crisis the ordering of bicycles of any type have been complicated by trade delays and increased demand. X-Treme Scooters does everything possible to make your purchase a satisfactory one. The two month wait for delivery was worth it. The bike came well packaged and with some use of the tools provided was able to assemble and ride within 48 hrs. The customer service was superlative in every way. They made sure I was satisfied and communicated clearly and promptly. I would highly recommend this company.

I bought the Rubicon from X-Treme scooter with the 500W motor and am very happy with the bike. I use it for my daily ~20 mile work commute that includes roads, trails and some steep slopes. The motor pushes you up pretty much any slope but of course at slower speeds when things get really steep. The bike feels really good on trails, too. I use some dirt, forest and gravel trails and the bike feels like a good mountain bike cause of the wide tires and front and back suspension. A few things to consider: I would recommend checking every screw and bolt before the first ride a number of them were loose and I lost a padel during one of my rides, which was fine cause I had the right tools with me. The breaks need to be tightened and the front light that came with the bike never worked. The back light is great, though. Also the bike frame is pretty small for me (I am 6.1'') so I bought a longer seat post which now works pretty well. My first battery was faulty and dropped to a ~5 mile range but the X-Treme customer service was great and I just received a replacement battery free of charge. Overall I would definitely recommend this bike especially for longer commutes and when riding on trails.

I have bought a couple electric bikes from X-Treme Scooters and have been very pleased. I had a XB-300Li for a few years and probably put a 1000 miles on it without any problems. Customer service was there when I needed them, like new brake pads. Electric bikes are a fun way to get around. It's like going slightly downhill all the time, no worries about going up hills, headwinds, or getting sweaty on a hot day. The last bike I bought from them is the Rubicon and I think it's great. Lots of power, good range, and speed... a nice upgrade from the XB-300LI. X-Treme Scooters makes good looking, well engineered, affordable electric bikes.

Hi Phillip, you may call 253-777-0690 on Monday to find out how to go about to receive your online order since we do not have a retail store front location in Auburn Washington.

We have two Rattan Ebikes and used them just one time but we lose power on hills. Do you think you can help?

Although that is not our brand, my guess is that you either have a defective cell in your battery pack or you have a faulty controller. I would probably be looking to the battery pack first. If you have two identical bikes, try swapping battery packs and see if the problem duplicates itself on the other bike. If it does, then you know it's the battery pack. If it doesn't, then you can try swapping the controllers between the two bikes. Good luck
