Horrible service at this location. We were a few minutes late and were told that we had to reschedule. We drove 40 minutes, thru a rain storm and it took a lot of planning to try to get our daughter a passport, so the family can travel abroad for my mother's funeral. They lack customer service from the "manager", to the older man, who processes payments, to the women in the back with a smirk on their faces. I wonder if I look different, would they have taken care of me and our daughter a better way - racist people!

My boyfriend and I went to get his passport done and the service was AMAZING! They got us in as soon as we got there and the clerk, Arie, was super helpful and welcomed us with a smile.
