My friend turned in her scripts at 1pm. By 4:30 her scripts were still not filled because her medicaid didn't cover it even though she said she'd pay for them. Then to have the pharmacist say she could call another pharmacy and have it sent there. Turns out that takes up to more than 24 hours. So here she sits in excruciating pain waiting for her scripts to be filled still... This is wrong, y'all need to fix this and your attitudes towards your customer!
