Every time I go to Causeway Honda, it is a wonderful experience!! Always going above and beyond for the customers!! This is why I remain loyal to this dealership. I have to mention Matt Clark my senior sales consultant, who always reaches out to me with. Gregg Meoni my business mgr who made the process so quick and easy! & last but not least I was happy to see Kevin and Freddy😁 I missed seeing Deidre but every single person that I encountered in all the Causeway dealerships are always very kind, nice and professional.

Our Ford Maverick hybrid truck all of a sudden was not able to start. Since we weren't able to get it into neutral, It had to be put on a flat bed and was then sent to the Ford Causeway in Manahawkin. About 2 days later, Chris, one of the mechanics, called and was very patient and took the time to explain in detail what the problem was and ordered the cable part that was needed. After explaining that we lived 100 miles north of where the truck was towed to, Chris, as a courtesy, made arrangements to have our truck driven to our house instead of us having to drive down there to pick it up. We truly appreciate Chris being so kind and considerate of our situation. It's nice to know there still are some decent good people who care. Thank you again Chris!!! Debbie and Rick

My car went in for a misfire they completed the engine in 3.5 months…. With barely any contact from the service advisor. Then I get the escape back and the next day it starts misfiring again….. and losing coolant. I bring it back they reset the code. Now 4 days in its misfiring again and losing coolant for the third time I’ll be going back. The check engine light is on…. What kind of service is this?
