For last decade Pallavi Ahluwalia and her team has worked on my EB green card process and several H1B extensions. Her knowledge, experience, thoroughness and honesty as immigration attorney are exceptional and commendable. ALO team members are professional, diligent and responsive. Highly recommend for visa and Immigration needs.

The dates being processed right now are 2008. There will be a second step to complete with the NVC prior to the interview.
About a year.
He will have to try to register late and if the system doesn’t allow that he will have to take a screen shot to show later.
If approved at the interview, you can request the officer that you will be traveling and to kindly reschedule the oath and provide the dates that you will be back and ready for the oath. We don’t recommend any rescheduling usually as it causes delays and later you will need many requests to get the oath ceremony.
The time the family can get the visa as well is at the NVC stage. If the family – her husband and children were mentioned in the I 130, which has now been approved, then at a later stage of the processing, she will add them and pay for their fee bills. She has to add them prior to her immigrant visa approval and interview.
