Their excuse for poor and delayed care was that they were always short staffed. There were only a few good Aides and one compassionate caring LPN . Nursing staff was not responsive and provided poor care. My my brother fell at least 4 times, once resulting in a trip to the emergency room with a laceration to his forehead. He waited from an hour to up to 4 hours for someone to answer his call bell. Except for Jodi, he did not get quality rehab. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their family member Their Administration especially the business office manager was very unresponsive to questions and concerns or providing information and never followed up. The only times I was able to talk to her was if I sat there and waited hours for her to see me. They never responded to a message for an appointment so the only way I could see them was literally just stay there until they saw me. I left multiple messages for her and she was always unresponsive My brother ended up in the hospital for 5 days due to GI bleed and we were the ones that had to contact the insurance company to appeal to get him more rehab days because they said they did not do that with his insurance. I felt bad for the social worker because she was doing everything on her own and was the only person who really worked with us to help him. When he returned from the hospital for his inpatient stay I realized he was going to have to apply for Medicaid and provided the business office with every piece of information they needed on that day which was early July The business office director did not try to follow up to questions regarding needed information although I called her visited and emailed. It wasn't until the day he was leaving thst she bothered to visit requesting information and wondered why. He wad not cooperative. We're the ones that worked with the doctor who was wonderful and the insurance company to keep him there by getting the approvals through. Do not send your family to them he did not get any better there and ended up in the hospital twice due to poor care They said they were discharging him because there was nothing else they could do for him but he's been home for a couple weeks and is already walking with a walker on his own and he has progressed more in past two weeks than he did in the last 2 months at the rehab.

The workers are extremely lazy!!!! I mean lazy & my friend & us went up there at different times to visit a few residents it smelt like strong piss & flies was all in the hallway! They don’t even dress like aids in there and they ghetto & just sits around & talk! Some of the nurses are ignorant & rude too. I had to tell one off & put her in her place. They don’t wash the patients up there & let them sit in their messes it’s so sad! They need to shut that place down or redeem it.

Yes, with clearance from the doctor and permission.
Call the admissions office. Most people are placed here by physician recommendation or for rehab.
Yes, but the private rooms are more than double rooms. Call the admissions office for details.
