Nearly all interactions with government employees, systems, and institutions have been awful for me. Primarily due to their ineptitude, lack of modernized processes, and lack of need for innovation. However, my resent visit to this office was a pleasant exception. Total time in the building: 45 minutes. All guards and staff were knowledgeable and capable. None of them were smiling; but, I wouldn't smile either if I worked for an institution built on violence and coercion. Makes me kinda worried tbh. If these guys get real good at offering these types of services they're gonna have spare time leftover to start cooking up new ways to tax us. Cuts both ways I guess.

Very easy to find. Helpful, friendly guards inside to help you find where to go. Building is clean and has a fresh feel. Have mask for anyone that doesn't have one.
