One is issued to you as part of the process. If the government want your fingerprints they will send you a letter.

I was there myself yesterday for an appointment. Myself and about 30 others waited till our appointment time and they still weren't open. Even though it says Open on Google Maps. I believe they won't be open until the Cold Snap is over with and a reschedule letter will be sent to you automatically. Calling will yield no result. I tried all their numbers too

Yes ,the Embassy will send you the instruction how to send the passport and how to collect the passport after visa has been isued.Therefore you have to be aware about the instruction paper.
It said in USCIS that my Next Milestone is receiving my Biometric Appointment Notice But is been 6month already I haven’t received anything yet, and I jus wanted to know usually does it take this long to get a biometric appointment notice or something is going wrong with my application.
My biometric is scheduled for 2 weeks later, can I do a walk-in tomorrow?

Yes. Just take your appointment letter and I.D. and explain to them. They are usually good to allow you to go early. Just go when it's not too busy. Around 2-3
