They do
My experience with enterprise in the past was great, however this time they dropped the ball so badly I didn't even get a car. Ordered a standard SUV, comparable to the Ford Edge. They tried to give me a 2 door jeep. I had 4 adult size people and luggage. Will be filing a complaint with their corporate office when I return.
