I ordered through door dash . My card was charged waited 30 minutes got a message saying they didn't have SOME of the items, I ordered . So they cancelled my order and now I'm stuck waiting 5 to 7 Business days to get my money back . I ordered 15 donuts $ 38.00 , Im sure they had some of them 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ This was my first experience with Dunkin and it'll be my last .

I usually always have a positive experience at DD. However, today my husband discovered the cream cheese to be 6+ weeks outdated. We called and the offered us a replacement or refund which we appreciated. Hopefully they will be more on top of checking the date on there stock in the future.
