When this place was Splash N Dash it was awesome but now that it has been rebranded as The Wash Factory it is absolute garbage. I’ve been here a few times after they changed in hopes that it gets the kinks works out. It it hasn’t. The card reader machines never work, the tire shine machine is hit or miss, the vacuums have little suction, the towels are terrible and it’s not likely to get the car wash you paid to receive. I’ve been a long time regular customer and wont be coming back.

When I first started coming here they did an excellent job but here lately, there services has been a big disappointment. Either they are closed in the middle of the day for something & my car is smeared with something after coming out of the car wash. The vacuums are not working sometimes & the towels are always wet. I have used the online for to cancel weeks before my payment was due & they ignored it & charged me anyway this week. I guess I will have to go to the wash in person & cancel. The employee's are unprofessional & seem to be on the lazy side, I will definitely be trying another car wash in the area..

Love splash N dash. Convenient location, managers speed pass is worth it to me. I like to have a clean car and run it through every weekend, 4 washes for a little over 30 bucks a month. Good deal to me considering you'd pay around 15 bucks for a decent auto wash else where.
