Hate to say that I have had similar experiences. If not similar experiences the vacuums are out, or the internet is out, or there's something else wrong with the watch. Just canceled my three speed passes.

I have been having problems with splashndash also one month I was also stuck like you and the attendees had to come out to fix it. The monkey junction location doesn't like to keep the drying towels on all the carts. I decided to end my membership this past 10th I'm trying the other car wash services in Wilmington. The others give you free washes and free month to try them.
