Nephew ordered a pizza from here this evening, barely edible, lacking flavor, too doughy. And where was the extra cheese that we ordered? I actually threw most of my portion in the trash. Would have been better off buying a frozen pizza from Food Lion (would have saved 25 bucks), was genuinely surprised by the lack of quality. I did however like the jalapeño popper balls.

Too doughy, didn't taste very good, genuinely angry that I wasted my money on this-- I don't understand, Papa John's used to be the best amongst the fast-food pizza chains. What happened ? I did give an extra star tho solely for the kind delivery lady.

Lastnight I received the driest, cold, and stalest tasting pizza I've EVER had.. sauce was almost non-existent qnd cheese was hard and cold because they took about an hour to get here. WE LIVE 5 MINS AWAY! I still have the entire pizza.. minus the slice in the trash that i took one bit out of and decided not to even go there. Definitely cardboard pizza.

It’s amazing how you have employees but can’t answer the phone for 30 mins. Ordered my food at 11 they close at 1 on Saturday and it’s 12:36. Still waiting I will be expecting my money put back on my card.
