Love this place! Mark and his staff represent the very best - professional, honest, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Today, for example, Mark gave me a spare component box to replace the exact same component box I accidentally threw away thus saving me the inconvenience of having to go through the manufacturer. This is something he did without me even asking. Thus the importance of respecting your local dealer can not be overemphasized. They are there for you before, during, and after the sale. I only wish I had discovered Audio Concepts much sooner. This is the only place I know where I can demo high end audio from reputable brands like Sonus Faber, Luxman, Moon, ProAc, and Wilson audio and receive guidance from Mark and Landon all before I buy. If this resource were not available, I would have no idea what to choose as hi-fi options can be overwhelming and would no doubt have made many expensive mistakes. From day one, Mark has always given me his honest opinion and has offered me reasonable solutions based on my budget. What I love is that they have a system for just about every budget. The selection is that good here and I think Mark has done an excellent job carrying brands that offer great value and performance. They really can set you up nicely!

Very helpful staff. They helped me with advice on buying headphones and were one of the few places that had a variety of high end options to try. Great place to bounce questions about various audio needs, not only stereo equipment. Store is a comfortable place to be in. I'd recommend stopping in.

My experience with Landon, Mark and the team has been outstanding. I was introduced by a friend several years ago in order to explore adding streaming to my stereo system several years ago. As the world 'closed down' I listened to music more often and talked with Landon about upgrading and specifically what was leading me to upgrade. My upgrades were based on auditions and were gradual - I enjoy listening to music now more than ever.

I love this store, bought gear from here before and have generally had great experiences. However, just spoke to someone at the store on the phone who was very rude, cold, and hung up on me when I asked a single simple question about an item they had in stock. I wanted to ask if they had any other recommendations or if I could have some help finding something similar, but was hung up on. Was looking forward to purchasing from AudioConcepts but after this I do not want to come back to the store again. Incredibly disappointed.

Hi, thanks for asking. We continue to be open by appointment, to better spread out client visits and give each plenty of space for their visit. We also do a thorough cleaning of the store every day, and staff continue to wear face masks in the public area of the store. Please email or phone us to plan your visit.

I own a Technics SL-J1 turntable that needs some minor refurbishing. Is this something with which you can assist? If not, can you make a recommendation locally (Addison/Far North Dallas)? Thank you. -- Robert

Robert, you are best to locate a Technics dealer. I think Guitar Center sells Technics turntables. If you can't locate a Technics dealer then maybe see if the folks at K-O Electronics in Plano can help as they are a general repair shop.

I have this Headset i got for $60. It's been a few weeks, and already I've broken the left headphone. Is it possible for these to be fixed at a price that isn't $300 or more?

Hi John. I can't follow your question. Are you saying you bought some headphones from us? If you did, then let me know details like the model and when you got them. I don't see a record with your name on it so kinda lost here. If not from us, you should contact the dealer as a starting point. I reckon they can be fixed but don't know what we are talking about here.

We're more than happy to help you out with this, Hardeep, but we really can't do much if you won't stop by the store.
